Africa Beaches Zanzibar Edition
Ever since Sophie discovered her birth father hailed from Zanzibar, a deep longing surged within her to visit the island. This longing wasn’t just a fleeting desire; it propelled her to action. She took the initiative and found a travel company that required only a USD 98 deposit—roughly 75 British pounds. With a following commitment of USD 222 monthly for the next four months, we were set to celebrate her 21st birthday on some of the finest beaches in Africa, on a tropical island no less.
That winter turned into the most unforgettable season of my life, thanks to a Zanzibar safari adventure. Over 9 days, our group reveled in beach parties, boat excursions, and even experienced a disappearing island, all the while immersing ourselves in the island’s rich culture. We learned to prepare Swahili delicacies, picked up a word or two in Swahili, and were captivated by the island’s breathtaking sunsets. For Sophie, this journey was more than just a celebration; it was a deep connection to her roots. As her friend, witnessing this connection and experiencing the beauty of Zanzibar firsthand was a source of pride. Indeed, celebrating her birthday on an island off the coast of Tanzania in Africa was as beautiful as it was memorable.
Nothing can surpass the memories created with good friends on vacation. It was, without a doubt, the best group trip ever. We are excited to share that the African safari package we enjoyed is available again in Winter 2025, offering a group travel tour for not less than 8 individuals from all around the world. This adventure is not just a trip; it’s an opportunity to create lifelong memories and bonds, much like we did.
